1. Informational service
TrueScope Build organises and explains information from documents and details supplied by users. Its outputs are general decision support and do not constitute architectural, engineering, quantity-surveying, legal, financial, tax, safety, valuation or building-inspection advice.
2. AI limitations
AngriDave and related tools may misread text, tables, units, handwriting, drawings or context; use outdated or incomplete benchmarks; and produce incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent conclusions. A confident tone does not make an output correct. Important figures, contractual wording and safety matters must be checked against the source document and by an appropriately qualified person.
3. Pricing and scope
Construction prices vary by date, location, access, design, ground conditions, specification, labour, procurement, contractor overhead, programme, risk and market conditions. Indicative rates and ranges are not tender prices, valuations or guarantees. An omitted flag does not prove that a quote is complete, fair or error-free.
4. Contractor and project checks
TrueScope Build does not verify or guarantee a contractor’s identity, registration, insurance, financial position, competence, workmanship or legal compliance unless a purchased service expressly says a specific check was performed. Before appointment, obtain references and verify credentials, insurance, registrations, contract terms, permits, drawings, specifications, site conditions and payment milestones.
5. Regulated and high-risk work
Use registered or appropriately qualified professionals where the law, project risk or technical complexity requires them. Structural changes, foundations, retaining walls, electrical and gas installations, fire systems, waterproofing failures, hazardous materials and occupational-health-and-safety concerns should not be decided from an AI-assisted quote review alone.
6. No emergency service
The service does not monitor sites and is not an emergency channel. If there is immediate danger to people or property, stop work where safe, keep away from the hazard and contact the appropriate emergency service, authority or competent professional.
7. Your decision
You remain responsible for project decisions and for obtaining professional advice suited to your facts. Do not sign a building contract, approve a variation, release a payment or rely on a critical measurement solely because of a TrueScope output.
